By accessing and using curtainhouse.pk you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

2. Orders & Confirmation

Placing an order (via WhatsApp, phone or the website) is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example where a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or order details cannot be verified. We may ask for additional verification (such as phone number and address) before processing an order.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. Where a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order. Cash on delivery is available nationwide; advance payment may be requested for high-value or custom-stitched orders as described in our Shipping Policy.

4. Product Information

We do our best to display products accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen settings. Measurements for custom orders are the customer's responsibility once confirmed — our team will always help you double-check before stitching begins.

5. Communications

By ordering or contacting us, you agree that we may reach you on WhatsApp, SMS, phone or email about your order. If you opt in to promotional messages, you can opt out at any time by telling us on WhatsApp or using the unsubscribe link in emails.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, graphics and design — belongs to CurtainHouse.pk and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

CurtainHouse.pk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from delivery delays caused by courier services or events outside our control. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
